The withdrawal policy is based on the provisions of the EU, relates to the operator’s scope of services subject to charges and applies to all customers, regardless of their nationality.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded by purchasing a product from AniAdvert within fourteen days without giving any reason. The claim is only fully valid if the purchased products are unaffected (not used) at the time of exercising the right of withdrawal and remain unaffected thereafter. The right of withdrawal shall lapse into partial validity if the purchased products have already been used at the time the right of withdrawal is exercised (e.g. an advertisement from the purchased price package has already been created and published). Details can be found in the following explanation.
Please note the following;
- The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the operator by email ([email protected]) of their decision to withdraw from the contract in question by means of a clear declaration. The title of the email must contain the word “Revocation”.
- To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If the contract in question is revoked, we shall reimburse the customer for all payments we have received from the customer, including delivery costs, if any (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of the contract in question. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If the purchased service content has already been used in whole or in part by the customer during the withdrawal period (e.g. fee-based advertisements from a purchased price package have been created), the customer must pay the operator a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which the customer informed the operator of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
